Centrally located in the Town Square, Tuesday evenings, from 5:30 pm to dusk, May through October. The weekly events doubles as an unofficial weekly town picnic. Food, crafts, nonprofit booths, local produce, seasonal flowers, and live music. More Info.

California’s oldest festival, this Sonoma tradition is held on the historic town square and is fun for all ages. Festivities include Opening Night Gala, Blessing of the Graps, Reenactment of the Bear Flag Revolt, Firefighters' Water Fight, Grape Stomp, Parade, and 5k Run-Walk. More Info.

FIA World Touring Car Championship

September 21

he FIA World Touring Car Championship, a global stock-car racing series with events in Europe, South America and Asia, will make its debut in the United States in 2012 in Sonoma, Sept. 21-23. The series features the best in touring-car racing with models such as BMW, Chevrolet, SEAT Leon and Volvo battling fender-to-fender in 30-minute sprint races. The short races should produce plenty of non-stop action from these full-fendered stock cars, whose drivers subscribe to the notion that "rubbin' is racin'." More Info.

Join Sonoma Valley Docent Bill Myers on a fun, casual and up-close hike through the 1,850 acre volcanic and vertical Kunde Estate. This is a great opportunity to see sustainable winegrowing practices at work while taking in some of wine country’s most spectacular scenery.
