Reservations made for 30 days or longer are not subject to hotel tax as long as the entire 30 days is paid prior to arrival. Once in house, the first 30 days of the reservation is non-refundable.

Your credit card will be charged a $250 holding/security deposit at the time of booking. The holding deposit is non-refundable after 48 hours. The holding deposit will be applied to the balance of the reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Through your system, cancellations must be made on-line 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the $250.00 deposit. There are no refunds due to early check-out or non-arrival.
