It is an easy and scenic drive from Napa to Sonoma over beautiful rolling hills covered with vineyards.

From the First St. exit/entrance,take Highway 29 south for approximately 2.8 miles till the turnoff to Sonoma. Turn to the right at Highway 121/Highway 12 where a sign directs drivers to Sonoma and San Francisco. Follow Highway 121/12 for almost 5 miles. After going over the hill with an additional lane for passing, you will see a stoplight ahead where you will make a right turn onto Napa Road just before the light. Follow Napa Road for about 4.5 miles west to Broadway which is also Highway 12. Turn right on Broadway and follow for almost a mile to the Sonoma town square.
