Sonoma Valley Wineries

Hundreds of acres of Sonoma Valley vineyards produce exceptional grapes each year giving talented winemakers the opportunity to create world-class wines. This process is a way of life, a tradition illustrated by the surrounding landscapes of beauty from the first buds to the harvest tones of fall. Each new wine release is a testament to the dedication of the Sonoma winery owners, grape growers, vineyard workers and the land that makes it all possible!

Wine Shipping Laws!

Due to a U.S. Supreme Court decision, many more states do however allow direct shipping of wine today. Some have limits on how much can be shipped over a period of time, such as two cases (24 bottles) each year.

To find your state's wine shipping laws please visit The Wine Institutes section on shipping. The link is below.

If you are thinking of purchasing Sonoma Valley wine to ship outside of California, it is always best to ask the winery staff what states they currently ship to.

Please note it is illegal to ship wine via the United States Postal Service.

Sonoma Valley wineries are located throughout the valley and most are open for visitors year round offering wine tasting daily. Wine tasting room staff are friendly and knowledgeable so feel free to ask questions about the wines. Keep in mind there is usually a small fee to taste selections of your choice.
